The holidays and end of the semester are near and with that comes stress!  Add in online school (being isolated away from friends), a pandemic, and personal/ family struggles, all of this adds up to a very challenging time.

The counselors at LMS encourage families and students to please reach out if you are struggling. You do not have to suffer in silence.  This is a very difficult time, and it is so easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and/or depressed, which is why it is important that you let someone know if you are struggling.  We do not need to go through difficult times alone.

Attached  is a list of places you can call or text to get instant support over this holiday season. Also included is a list of counseling agencies if you are looking for continued support.

We are amazed at how strong you all are but know it is okay to reach out. We will get through all of this, together.
